- Easily accessible from Verona Porta Nuova train station by taxi, bus, or on foot (approx. 30–45 minutes)
- Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN) around 20 minutes away by car
- Free parking available at the unpaved parking area “Parcheggio Libero Don Mazza” (13-minute walk, approx. 900 m); usually very busy
- Nearby paid parking garages include Parcheggio Saba Isolo (10-minute walk, approx. 700 m) and Parcheggio Saba Arsenale (12-minute walk, approx. 900 m)
- The EasyPark app is useful for locating parking zones throughout Verona (and at many excursion destinations); daily rates in parking garages are recommended for longer stays

Can i access the property directly by car?
The apartments are located in Verona’s historic old town within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL – Zona a Traffico Limitato). Direct access by private car is therefore not possible. However, several public paid parking garages and parking areas are available nearby.
From Verona Porta Nuova train station, you can reach us:
- by taxi in approx. 10 minutes
- by bus in approx. 15–20 minutes
- on foot in approx. 30–45 minutes

Are the apartments accessible?
The building is a historic 14th-century palazzo. Due to its listed structure, the property is not fully accessible.
However, some apartments offer easier access or more suitable layouts. We therefore recommend contacting us prior to booking – we will be happy to advise you individually at info@palazzo-forti.it or by phone at +39 45 98 13120.

How do cancellations work?
Cancellation policies depend on the selected rate and are clearly communicated at the time of booking.
As a general rule:
- Free cancellation is possible within the specified period
- In case of late cancellation or no-show, a fee may apply
